Terms and Conditions

How our website and SMS sign-in and verification program may be used.

First Then Next, Inc. ("First Then Next," "we," "us," or "our") operates First Then Next®, a visual calendar and communication platform for families, their loved ones, and trusted supporters. These Terms and Conditions address our public-facing webpages, including sign-in and account-access pages, and our SMS sign-in and verification program.

1. About First Then Next

First Then Next is an invitation-based platform intended to help people organize daily life, understand what is happening and what comes next, communicate, and stay connected with people they choose. Features may include visual calendars, events, communities, teams, notes, photos, videos, and reports. Available features may vary by user role, account, device, and operating system.

2. Application Agreement

Use of the First Then Next mobile application and account-based web application requires separate acceptance of our Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the "Application Agreement"). We present that agreement before application use and again for acceptance when it changes.

These public terms do not replace the Application Agreement. That agreement applies to users who separately accept it, including through a legally authorized representative where applicable. These public terms do not, by themselves, bind website visitors or SMS recipients to the Application Agreement. SMS consent and opt-out rights described below apply independently of application-account status.

3. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Use our website lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of others. You may not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, harass others, distribute malicious software, send spam, bypass access controls, or disrupt our website or systems. We may restrict access as reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security, or comply with law.

Our original website content, branding, designs, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to First Then Next, Inc. You may view the website for its intended purposes. No ownership rights are transferred. Reproduction or commercial exploitation requires permission unless applicable law permits the use. Nothing here restricts lawful, honest consumer reviews or rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Website Forms and Inquiries

When submitting a website inquiry or providing contact information, use accurate and current information so we can respond. Describe your own role and relationship truthfully. If you contact us on someone else's behalf, provide only information you are authorized to share. Avoid including another person's private information when it is not needed to explain your request.

5. Privacy and Outside Links

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information, including mobile information and SMS consent records.

Independent websites linked from our webpages have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not constitute our endorsement.

6. Information and Availability

Website content is for general informational purposes. First Then Next does not provide medical care, medication management, medical-device monitoring, emergency response, or a substitute for direct human supervision. Do not rely on website content or text messages for urgent or safety-critical needs. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

To the extent permitted by law, our public website and verification messaging program are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or timely delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

7. Website Assistance

If you have difficulty accessing a webpage or using the sign-in process, contact support@firstthennext.com. To help explain the problem, identify the page or action involved and, where relevant, the device and browser you are using. Before sharing a screenshot, remove passwords, verification codes, and private information about yourself or another person.

8. SMS Sign In and Verification Program

First Then Next, Inc. operates the First Then Next SMS verification program. The program sends sign-in and verification codes when you choose SMS and request a code. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

By requesting a verification code, you consent to receive the text message needed to fulfill that request at the mobile number you provide. Requesting a code does not enroll you in marketing texts, calendar reminders, invitations, or other recurring messages. Accepting the Application Agreement alone does not constitute SMS consent. Use a mobile number assigned to you and notify us if you no longer control that number.

9. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency depends on how often you request sign-in or verification codes. Additional requests, including requests to resend a code, may result in additional verification texts. This program does not send scheduled recurring messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines charges under your wireless plan. Contact your carrier with billing questions.

10. Stopping Messages and Getting Assistance

Reply STOP to a First Then Next verification text to stop SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@firstthennext.com.

You may also email us to withdraw SMS consent. We may send one message confirming your opt-out. After withdrawal, we will stop verification texts unless you complete the applicable re-enrollment process and provide fresh consent. We also honor other recognized opt-out keywords and valid requests to withdraw consent.

Opting out does not delete your First Then Next account. It may prevent SMS verification codes from reaching you. Contact support@firstthennext.com for assistance accessing your account. Permitted account communications may continue through non-SMS channels.

11. Delivery and Account Security

Text delivery depends on mobile networks, device settings, and other factors. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Protect your phone and verification codes. Texts may be visible on a device lock screen. Do not share verification codes with others or send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive medical information to customer support. If you receive a code you did not request, do not share or use it; contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law. Updating this page does not itself authorize additional SMS messages or replace the separate acceptance process for the Application Agreement.
